I facilitate experiences that help practitioners of all kinds connect with their deeper natures. I believe that the practices of movement, introspection, and creative expression provide opportunities to discover and refine our energetic and imaginative arrangements so we can more clearly experience ourselves, and each other, as who we naturally are: compassionate, wise, and knowing individuals who are small yet significant parts of a much larger and wondrous environment.
As a writer, I employ the written word as a launch pad into a truthful experience of the present moment. I also believe in writing's age-old promise to renew itself, again and again, and honor each person's potential to approach written expression with equal parts curiosity and skepticism. After all, it is the equal balance of forces that often leads to the most significant breakthroughs.
